Yes. Our deals are classified under Reg D as a 506(c) offering, requiring all investors to be accredited. You can receive a free accreditation letter through our investor portal, or many personal accountants or attorneys can quickly provide LP's with accreditation letters. You can find our investor portal by clicking on "Invest Now" in the top right corner and registering for an account.
Yes. Lp's are able to invest in our deals through their IRA or 401k as long as they are self-directed.
